Contact Sue de Souza (01737 555781 or email@example.com) to check for availability, request the format for the day and provide a realistic guide to numbers expected. Three months prior to your visit please forward a deposit of £100 together with your menu selection. Please ensure that your members are made aware of the Club’s dress code as we do not want to disappoint any of your members on the day by asking them to change. Buggies and electric trolleys are available but must be booked in advance.
Please confirm your precise numbers and remember that a 50% cancellation fee per player will be charged to your group if your numbers drop during this period.
Our Clubhouse opens at 7.30 - Coffee is available in the Lounge on the 1st floor. On arrival the organiser should make him or herself known to the Professional or Steward. All accounts must be settled on the day, by cash, cheque, or debit card with the Steward on duty.
